June/July 2010 'In Production'

Each year Visionlink provides pre-production and event coverage and direction for the ClubsNSW Awards for Excellence. June 2010 was our 26th year of producing the awards.

Production was recently completed on a project for Stillscraft outlining the beef delivery process for meat supplied to Macdonalds worldwide.

Visionlink recently completed the post production on a DVD for General Practicioners dealing with the complex requirements for newly diagnosed diabetes patients. Created by Diabetes Australia-NSW the DVD was successfully launched late 2009.

Recent Work
VNR's or Video News Releases are a regular part of our business. Our most recent VNR was for Growing Daily Communications and the launch of the Heart Foundations 'Tick' for meals eaten out. Another recent VNR was for Stellar Concepts. We recorded the testing of various types of fencing and it's response to the onslaught of bushfire for Bluescope Steel. The tests showed the benefits of steel fencing over pine fencing. Testing was carried out at Bushfire CRC testing fields south of Wollongong.

We edit all the TVC's for Guest TV. Guest TV provides the in-house advertising network for all the major hotels in Sydney.

Be Well, Know Your BGL 30 second TVC - Diabetes Australia

A recent project for Diabetes Australia required using just twelve photos of people to pull back to reveal a massive group representing the increasing incidence of type 2 diabetes in Australia. A short time frame and tight budget called for a simple execution and some 'visual tricks' to make the 12 photos 'go a long way'. See the progression of images on the right of this page. The TVC aired nationally in Australia.
